Commitment-free

Your free intro session will last around 30 minutes and can be held over Zoom, Skype or FaceTime, depending on your preference. Sessions may be recorded as well.

If we decide to take this journey together, we can start with a coaching program that usually includes one weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly session, which will be determined by the goals you have set and your own personal rhythm.

I work internationally so session prices may vary depending on your location.

I offer special pricing to students, those in search of work, charitable organizations, small businesses, and start-up companies created within the past two years.

This is because change takes time even if you want to achieve it quickly, and a minimum of 5 sessions is generally necessary to make real progress as we work together.
