Is low self-confidence negatively impacting your career, relationships, or personal ambitions? Do you struggle with:
Perhaps you’re considering my coaching services because the stress of your career is destroying your work-life balance and inching you closer to burning out.
Or maybe, despite your achievements and capabilities, you constantly worry you’re not good enough or deserving of your success.
Maybe you’re a project manager, a small business owner, or a professional working in IT. Regardless of your situation, low self-confidence creates a series of challenges that can erode your quality of life. You may struggle with procrastination or lack of sleep that is affecting your work performance.
The inability to put yourself out there or advocate for yourself is likely robbing you of opportunities for advancement and greater fulfillment. A fear of change may be keeping you stuck in a frustrating role or job that lacks meaning and purpose. You may even question your own self-worth despite your success and achievements.
The truth is—you are better than you think you are, and it’s my job as a certified confidence coach and the founder of Aline Bunod Coaching to help you see that. Through my coaching services, you can discover your strengths, correct negative self-beliefs, and improve your self-esteem and overall sense of self-worth.
For one thing, we live in a success-oriented, achievement-driven meritocracy where there is simply too much competition in the workplace. That, in turn, fuels feelings of inadequacy and low self-worth. Then, there are other stressors that affect self-confidence:
:
Oftentimes, low self-confidence is rooted in past experiences that influence how we see ourselves and what we are capable of accomplishing.
As human beings, we’re pretty terrible at objectively assessing ourselves, which is probably why 56 to 82 percent of people experience feelings of being an imposter.[1]
Most of us also lack the natural ability to identify and address the root causes of self-esteem issues because those challenges compromise our ability to view ourselves accurately. Instead, we get stuck in a loop of repetitive thoughts and behaviors that only reinforces negative self-concepts.
However, working with a confidence coach can help you identify your core values, talents, and beliefs, and in the process, improve your self-esteem and sense of self-worth. At the same time, coaching can help you address deeper, underlying factors that may be driving your lack of confidence so you can finally discover the real you.

Many people who struggle to recognize their personal or professional value often find confidence coaching to be a liberating experience. It gives clients an impartial ally who can help them gain insight, overcome immediate problems, and correct maladaptive ways of thinking that have been holding them back for so long.
My client-centered, holistic approach to coaching integrates various techniques, including mindfulness meditation, to foster greater self-awareness and boost self-esteem. Working with a coach also ensures that you have personalized strategies for lasting growth and a resource for providing encouragement, motivation, and ongoing support.
After our initial consultation, I’ll meet with you to get an overall picture of the challenges you’re facing and what you would like to achieve. Then, we can begin identifying core confidence issues with the goal of understanding and addressing the root causes of self-doubt. Using that information, I’ll help you overcome those negative beliefs limiting your personal growth.
Using a strengths-based approach to coaching, I want to help you tune into your strengths, build upon your talents, and learn how to leverage those aspects of yourself to boost your confidence. I’ll also equip you with valuable assertiveness skills so that you can do things like set boundaries, negotiate a raise, and advocate for yourself.
For the long term, we can work on setting SMART goals and creating a framework in which you feel supported yet held accountable for your own growth and progress.
My job is to create a personalized action plan for each person based on their situation, personality, and goals, using a range of coaching strategies:
I’ll also provide you with tangible skills for staying organized, managing time, and prioritizing tasks better. You can learn how to actively listen to others and effectively communicate your thoughts and needs. I’ll also teach you self-monitoring strategies that will help you track progress and self-assess how to improve things on your own.
Whether your low self-confidence stems from challenges in the workplace, a painful experience from the past, or deep, unresolved fears you harbor inside, coaching can make all the difference in the world. With the help of a professional coach, you can reduce stress and boost your confidence. You can even improve your relationships and enjoy a more positive outlook on life.
Please know that prioritizing your self-care is a sign of self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner strength. This is about you and your well-being, but if people want to judge, you’ll probably be too busy excelling to notice.
Furthermore, all of my confidence coaching sessions are online, providing complete privacy and confidentiality. The important thing is to listen to yourself and follow that voice saying, “You deserve to have total confidence in yourself—to feel more fulfilled in your career and enjoy a happier life.”
Whether it involves changing careers, learning leadership skills, or making a difficult transition in your life, all of my services revolve around coaching. So I have a skill set that most life coaches and career coaches simply don’t possess.
I offer a free 30-minute introductory session to make sure we are a good fit. Additionally, I draw from a range of eclectic coaching strategies and techniques to customize action plans for helping each client build tangible skills, boost self-esteem, and elevate their professional lives.
Because I provide personalized support, most of my clients notice positive changes within a few sessions. To help you familiarize yourself with me and my process, I offer a free, 30-minute orientation/consultation via Zoom.
As we work together, I’ll actively listen to your needs and adjust the plan when necessary. I’ll also help you set goals, review your progress regularly, and equip you with ways to hold yourself accountable for your own growth.
